We grow gourmet mushrooms — blue oyster, shiitake, lion's mane, king trumpet — in a small facility in West Kelowna, and we forage what the season gives us: morels, lobster mushrooms, chanterelles, porcini.
Our cultivated mushrooms are picked to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for a buyer, because we don't have a warehouse — what we harvest on a Tuesday is on your counter on a Wednesday. The wild ones come when the season and the forest decide, and we bring them in as they come.

Certified organic substrate. No chemicals at any stage. Every bag we grow carries a grow log, and every wild mushroom carries a forage date, so anything we sell can be traced back to where and when it came from.
That traceability isn't marketing. It's how we run the farm, and it's the reason we can tell you exactly how old the mushroom in your hand is.

A mushroom farm runs on a rhythm, not a warehouse. Every species has its own cycle from bag to harvest, and we plan the rooms around what you've asked for — give us the lead time and we grow to it.
Some weeks one species is flush and another is between flushes. That's the ebb and flow of growing to order, and the pre-order board shows it week by week, so you always know what's coming and can claim a batch before it's picked.
