You pay for your first box at checkout, like any normal order. Your subscription then shows as “trial” until the next cycle — that just means you've already paid for the box in hand, so we don't charge you twice. After that it bills on your chosen cadence — weekly or every second week — until you say stop.

Going away, or drowning in mushrooms? Skip a delivery or pause the subscription from your account — no charge while it's paused. Cancel any time and the next charge simply doesn't happen. No term, no cancellation fee, no talking anyone out of it.

We grow to a forecast, not a warehouse. If a flush comes in light we'll tell you before your box goes out and either make it up in the next one or refund that cycle — your call. We'd rather send you an honest email than a thin box.

Local delivery and pickup across the Central Okanagan. If you're outside the zone the checkout will tell you before you pay — get in touch and we'll let you know when we reach you.
